dBase II

Of all the software I had (and that remember I had) in the 70's and
80's, the one that I cannot find is dBase II for the Apple ][. I later
went on to program a lot of dBase, FoxBASE, Clipper, and Quicksilver
on the PC platform; but that is another story.
I have looked in a bunch of the archives but have not found dBase II
and the supporting utilities (like Zip or Zipper for painting
screens.) Does anyone know where this can be found?
