I wish I had known .. depending on the 'price', it would have just
become open source if for no other reason than I could put out the
source to MACOS & METAL along with it.

It's not like there's any money in it.

Lance's Late, Useless Communications Environment .. as it was often
referred to when it was vaporware.

Come to think of that, I'm not even convinced it's still not
vaporware. Does it even exist? Did anyone ever setup a BBS? Never saw
a segment of code for it, a command reference, nada. Nothing.

TC may have raised some heckels with MACOS, but at least he did
something with it. The improvements were phenomenal. The distribution
method may have left a bit to be desired, but after all the screaming
and commotion, ACOS still didn't improve. Ironic in some ways.
