It probably is the most comprehensive Apple II (][, ][+, //e) emulator 
out there, but as a shareware program, it might be a bit expensive for 
occasional use.  You could try:

http://catakig.sourceforge.net/

Which I've happily used on the rare occasions I want to emulate an Apple 
IIe.
