I believe I have spare keyboard encoders for IIe here. 
Email me and I'll have a look for you. I'll also bet that 
I'm not the only one with a drawer full of spare IIe chips. 
You may find someone lives within a short drive that 
probably has something. Never know. So, let me know 
if I can be of help.
