Well, after replacing every single IC on the (Rev 7) motherboard with
ones from a known good (Rev C) motherboard (except for a few chips
that didn't match up), and still seeing failure... I ended up just
replacing the motherboard. Not happy about it, though - total
replacement was a last resort. :(
