ok so you think the card only uses slot for power...

True. If it belongs in a IIgs, then I buy the game port
hypothesis.
why would you want to drive a LCD from the Apple II,
but having external video input?.... DB connector
to an RGB card? or the IIgs RGB output?
That's a good question--but the DB connector is *very*
specialized, consisting of address and data lines to the
controller chip. It wouldn't connect to anthing except
the "other half" of the system this intended to be used
with.
Think some kind of kiosk application, with both an LCD
display and a composite Apple II display.
Don't worry, this card is virtually useless for Apple II
purposes!
