Not even close to fake serial. That 16 pin header thats plugged in the
game port probably doesn't belong there as I noted earlier, the
suspected connection points make no sense, if it were not inserted
correctly it may make better sense the other way, the image is not
clear enough to tell pin #1 or not.

But, checking the pinout of the LCD controller, the RJ-45 is the
connector to the LCD panel.
