You can find the DOS 3.2 system master dos32std.gz in the images
\masters subdirectory of Asimov.  It is actually a compressed .nib
image, and you would have to use MUFFIN to copy the APPLEVISION file
out to a DOS 3.3 image (or run BOOT13 from the DOS 3.3 system master
to boot the DOS 3.2 system master directly).
