Regarding the early version for A2:
I have seen two different manuals of the ziplock version. By the way
MUSE had a specially made plastic bag for their games, not an ordinary
ziplock like many other companies.
One of the manuals had a pink sky the other an orange sky with
otherwise identical picture.
With these I saw three different disks: one with a label printed by a
dot martix printer, one with a more sopisticated blue on white label
and finally a label with a castle wolfenstein logo. I have an orange
sky handbook with the last type of logo disk, so I suppose the pink
sky would be the earlier viersion. Not sure about this, though.
