On the Apple 2 try setting your gateway back to 192.168.0.1 and on your PC try setting the gateway to 192.168.0.200 

Other then that it looks okay.

It would be interesting to see a wireshark trace.
Also on the PC, once you are in the process of an attempted connection - try running an arp -a and see if the MAC address of the Apple is showing up.
