One is a CP/M, softcard clone thats been slightly simplified.

The other is a Videx videoterm clone that has been tweaked a bit.

Both look like the kind that came with those "9 slotted" clones that
had no on board ROMs and usually had extra features on the case. The
80 column card actually looks like it is for a backplane based ]
[ clone. That is one that the motherboard is really just slots and the
ROM/RAM and logic were all on another card that is just plugged into a
slot like the rest of them. Usually in slot 6 since it had the two
disk drive connectors onboard as well and that slot would
traditionally be occupied by that card.
