I think the original release came in a ziplock bag and ran under DOS 3.2, there was also a later boxed release, a version with the Apple II version on one side of the disk and the C64 version on the other, and on eBay at the moment there is a copy released through Main Street Publishing. As far as I know, all versions play identically. Are there any others I've missed?
Back in the day I remember seeing the original, then Beyond Castle Wolfenstein, and Castle Wolfenstein 3D.
