It's been photoshopped... doesn't look like the screen dump from an Apple IIGS.
The window frame and menu bar may have been constructed, but the 
document contents
don't look like they come from an Apple IIGS framebuffer.

That's my take.  If anyone doubts me, they can send me the binaries so 
that I can
try them myself!  ;-)
