Probably not. The disk version of GSoft BASIC 1.2: The Free Version
I got directly from Byte Works only has 133K left on the disk. It has
no OS on it whatsoever, so I doubt there's a way to even get the GS/OS
kernal on it even if you stayed away from the graphical tools.

I know I've mentioned this before, but I bring it up again only because
it would work. :-)

Your ROM 3 has over five Megs of RAM in it. Take about three Megs worth
and make a RAMdisk out of it. Format the RAMdisk, load the system soft-
ware onto it, and boot it.

You can now load GSoft onto the RAMdisk in one pass and run it from the
RAMdisk, or you can run it from the 3.5" disk without doing the floppy
disk shuffle. GS/OS is quite happy running from a RAMdisk.

It's not the ideal situation -- remember to save! -- but it will be a
nice workaround until you can get a hard drive or a network solution
for the GS.
