I'm also somewhat mystified by the large fraction of sellers who will not ship internationally. Perhaps it has to do with their fears of customs paperwork (actually quite easy) or with a greater inability to respond to fraudulent claims of non-delivery (tracking is expensive or unavailable for some international shipping).
