I've talked to Jim Goodnow before, it's been a year or two. His statement was he had no copyright control over anything Manx related.
It is my intention if it is possible to obtain permission to distribute Aztec C on a free for personal use basis. I am also considering upgrading the compiler to Ansi 99 if I can get source. Now for anyone here who hasn't looked at the excellent job I have done with the Aztec C versions that I have put together on my website...
I hope you succeed. At least you have one more lead than I was able to get. The more reclassified software available the more folks will (hopefully) want to use these old systems.
