.dmg files are Mac disk image archives and as such are not very useful on PC/Windows systems. KEGS (a multi-platform IIGS emulator) should be able to use them. It treats them as a disk image. In this way you could use the emulator to make .sdk (Shrinkit disk archive) files which could be transferred to your real hardware. Shrinkit files are (IMHO) the easiest archive method for the II series and .sdk archives extract directly to the disk media. I can't recall if CiderPress or ADTPro can use .dmg files and at this point I want to say they don't but they are such useful utilities you should have them available anyway. It couldn't hurt to check them to verify functionality.
