Hi Eric,

I keep looking for the ProDOS and TelCOM diskettes that I ordered from
you back in mid-december and I know you sent me email a couple of
weeks back to say that you would ship them soon, but you don't reply
to your mail and you don't reply to your replies.

I already paid for the same order twice when I thought the first one
got lost in the mail and it turns out you were out of commission.

The point about you having an assistant does make some sense from
where I sit as a customer.

Are you even supposed to be working would be my first question as a
person? Isn't the pressure of trying to do this more than you need
right now? I mean really if you had emailed me back and said I won't
get around to this for 6 months if ever, I think I could have handled
that, and I wouldn't be checking the post office to see if your stuff
was coming day after day.
