Two resource editors that I know of are:
1) Rez
2) Complete Pascal's inbuilt resource editor
I recently purchased Opus ][ and haven't as yet played with Rez, but I
believe it is pretty much the defacto resource editor for the IIgs.
I'm actually looking forward to having a play with it myself. I'm not
sure if this is available by itself, or if you need to buy the
ByteWorks products to obtain it? I'm sure someone here will know.
I've done a fair bit of programming with Complete Pascal recently, and
its inbuilt resource editor is quite good once you get the hang of it.
The only problem I've found thus far is that some bugs were introduced
into the resource editor with Complete Pascal 2.0. I went back to TML
Pascal II (Complete Pascal's forebear), and the bugs were not present.
The bugs I'm referring to revolve around creating menu resources I
think - I noticed the bugs some time back and my memory is a little
fuzzy. As Complete Pascal has quite a few new additions to the
resource editor, I'm guessing that the additions broke some of the
older functionality. Just don't expect those bugs to be fixed any time
soon. ;-)
Cheers,
Mike
