Hi, now I have an Apple IIGS - finally, but the CPU, keyboard, mouse
and the disk drive is very dirty and yellow. Is there any web sites
that can teach me how to properly clean the Apple IIGS, especially the
ADB keyboard?

You won't really be able to remove the yellowing, that's a chemical change in the plastic itself.

As for the dirt: Carefully disassemble the things (remembering what goes where!), then use denatured alcohol and/or soapy water, and lots of rubbing with a piece of cloth and/or an old toothbrush. You can also put the bigger plastic parts through a dishwasher, but of course not the cables or any electronic parts (and be aware that Apple rainbow logos may fade out in the dishwasher). Don't let any electronic parts sit in the water for a long time, and don't reassemble the stuff until all of it is really dry.
