wanted - copycard ROM + utility disk

I'm trying to put together a homebrew copycard (like the Wildcard or
Senior PROM) that will creat bootable disks to run single load games.

I've been able to make a card with a button that will trigger an NMI,
and swap in the Senior PROM ROM, but the Senior PROM needs to boot a
utility disk before it can create bootable disks of the contents of
RAM, and I haven't been able to find a copy of that utility disk.

The equivalent utilility disks for the Wildcard range of copy cards is
on the Apple2Info website, but no the ROM images.

Can anyone point me to either a utility disk for the Senior PROM, a
copy of the ROM for a version of Wildcard that can capture the full
128K of a iie (i.e. the Wildcard plus or Wilcard 2) or a ROM plus
utility disk of some other copy card that works in a iie.
