For those who have been looking for the Mockingboard D disks, I just
emailed the disks to the support address at reactivemicro in the hope
that Henry would post them in his download area. If this isn't okay,
we can find somewhere else to host them.
This includes the "DEMOSTRATION DISK" and "SOUND AND SPEECH TOOLS DISK
NO DEMOSTRATION" disk.
