Given your switch config, I think so. Ctrl-I (the letter "i") will
bring up the prompt when it's in printer mode, but your switches
aren't set that way.

Second slot for a IIe, but third slot for II or II+ (they have a slot
#0). I have a firm grasp of the obvious, I know. Just thought it
warranted mention.

Seems like it ought to be able to do some firmware stuff either way -
if the cap has to do with the communications out the wire as opposed
to other device control. What's in the first several bytes of $C200?
Also, I've had situations where I needed to reset or reboot before I
could get a card to talk to me with Ctrl-A - might be a possibility
there too.
