That's what I get for quoting from the detailed block diagram in: http://www.ncsu.edu/wcae/WCAE1/hanson.pdf ;-) which shows 21 lines in and 130 lines out. However, when I count lines on the chip photo, I see 21 lines by 137 (not counting the "special" wires, which I presume are not generating terms), so YMMV...
