OK, I'm by no means an expert with this program (having used it for
about 10 mins), but it would seem that you set up a scene including the
actors and speech bubbles, etc that you need, then you "record" (i.e.
hold the record button) that scene for a certain duration. Then you drag
any unwanted actors, speech bubbles, etc off the scene (drag off screen)
and get the scene ready for the next "recording" phase. At least that's
how I managed to get it working primitively (I was looking for answers
not actually producing anything artistic ;-).
You can also "Mark" scene(s) for cutting/pasting as well if you want to
remove a particular scene or sequence of scenes. I think the trial and
error method will have to be employed, but Dean is right, it's fairly
intuitive. A manual would be nice, but there were no docs included with
the MSDOS version either, so that didn't shed any light on the subject
either.
BTW, you don't have to drag actors, etc of the bottom of the screen -
the sides work just as well (I just tried it).
Hope this helps you out somewhat.
Cheers,
Mike
