I would tend to agree with Polymorph.  Your description does sound like the 
RAMFast SCSI 'C' and 'D' cards more then the TransWarp GS.

But that description does sound like the TransWarp GS and it's Cache Board.

Sorry I don't have a good 'over all' pic of the SCSI C.  Never really 
studied it actually.

I've never seen another version of the TransWarp GS card though.  I've seen 
different versions of the TransWarp for the IIe.  Not only the different PCB 
versions but also the ultra rare TransWarp II pictured here:

Maybe that's what you're thinking of?  The two versions of the TransWarp for 
the IIe?  And if you do just happen to have the TransWarp II and you're 
looking to get rid of it, I'll gladly take it if you give me $20 and pay for 
shipping. ;-)
