Does anyone know if any of the printer drivers in AW 5 will work?I would try the Epson LQ dot matrix drivers. -WarrThanks, but that isn't one of my options on this software. I put in an Apricorn printer card (Epson FX driver) and it seems to be working. At least it is going through all the motions except there is nothing on paper, even with new ink cartridges. Next step is clean the heads.
Since Epson uses print heads separate from the cartridges--one set of heads for the life of the printer--I've long wondered how these printers survive years of disuse. That's long enough to fill every tube, manifold, and nozzle with solidified ink, and I'll bet getting it dissolved out isn't easy. -michael NadaPong: Network game demo for Apple II computers!
