It's a taiwanese Videx clone. The layout is almost exactly the same as 
card 2.

PAL modulator, for European TV. The "sound" feature is somewhat special 
-- you can connect your speaker output there to get the sound into your TV.

The case is somewhat unusual. The regular "XT-style" housing that was 
popular these days was made from metal with a plastic front, and the 
drived were mounted into a bracket, like we know it from today. The 
direct drive floppies shown on the photos were intended to be used 
separately, therefore they have their own metal housing.

All components seem to be regular Apple clone parts.
