I've emailed the Site owner who is Hosting with GoDaddy.com.  There doesn't 
seem to be anything GoDaddy.com is doing to 'block' visitors.  So I'm out of 
ideas.  Very strange that some of us can view the Site yet others can't. 
Even more strange since the IPs are so different.  I could see the Host 
blocking a range, but not several ranges.

Anyone have any ideas?
