I searched for it few months ago.
With the help of Ed Eastman and Paul Guertin, I've got the original source
code (of Saltine).
All I have is here:

But it was a hack. So the content of the disks isn't very useful (many "work
in progress" versions, lack of comments, the files are for the Lisa assembler
which is not my preference, the most important part - I mean EDD - is
missing...)
So I'm not going to use it. I kept it of history reasons...
My source code is done from scratch. (Sourceror + Ed Eastman's PDF of EDD 4.2
assembly listing).
