Looks most like a "Base64" ][+ compatible mother board, with the 6502
and Z-80 on board.

You seem to be missing the ROM riser card though!!!!!
Should be a small, half-height card with one or two roms/eproms on it,
which plugs into slot # 0.

The are no roms/eproms on the main motherboard, so the machine will
be useless without the rom riser card!
