If you want to transfert a single file, you should try Crossworks (which is a
little but outdated right now but it works perfectly for that task).
Crossworks is a product designed for PC.
Use ShrinkIt to produce a single .shk file of your directory (apple II side),
transfert it to your pc with Crosswork and open the .shk file with CiderPress.
(You can also add the files to an existing image disk with CiderPress).
