Some C++ code for sector decoding and encoding:
http://ciderpress.cvs.sourceforge.net/ciderpress/CiderPress/diskimg/Nibble.cpp?revision=1.1.1.1&view=markup
See DiskImg::DecodeAddr() and the ConvFrom44() inline function declared in
the header file:
http://ciderpress.cvs.sourceforge.net/ciderpress/CiderPress/diskimg/DiskImg.h?revision=1.1.1.1&view=markup
These were created by figuring out what the DOS 3.2/3.3 RWTS routines did.
