NIB format has limitation. Not all copy-protection scheme will work
with the NIB format. It needs to do beyond NIB format. I suppose that 2mg
image should have vary bit sizes.
I need someone to test EDD Plus card to prove if spiral scheme like
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? can be copied like as exact original.

I deobt Apple II Disk Drive may work with PC via USB. It depends on the
exact timing. You need to run on real Apple II in order to work with
copy-protection schemes.
