The CFFA has been sold out but the Microdrive is quite similar and is
still being sold. They also sell a nice external enclosure that makes
it easier to swap flash cards.

Mostly yes, but by leveraging DOSMaster you can have a bunch of DOS
3.3 images inside a single drive partition.
