Backlog clearing progress

I got nearly all orders through November completed, plus a couple of
early December orders.  There are a couple of orders that I had to
skip over pending information from the customers.

I now have about 6 orders left to do (not including the ones waiting
for information from the customer or replacements that I need to deal
with).  I expect to finish those up this weekend, will try to get all
replacements done as well, although I may not get everything finished
up until mid-week.

My plan, to avoid falling behind like this again, is to specifically
set aside a couple of hours a week -- at a set day and time -- during
which I will work on order processing each week.  Hopefully having a
rigid schedule like that will improve turnaround time.
