WTB: Apple IIc Technical Reference Manual That includes the ROM monitorlisting for the memory expandable IIc

I realize most people who read csa2 probably read all the sub forums but 
just in case some don't read the marketplace that frequently I am 
reposting here ......

What I am really after here is a copy of the ROM monitor listing for the 
memory expandable IIc. I have the second edition from Syndicomm which 
unfortunately does not include the monitor listing. I also have the 
Programmers guide to the 3.5 ROM but that is too old.

I am willing to buy/trade for a copy of the real deal or a scan of just 
the monitor listing ...
