I couldn't find the manual.  I'm pretty busy the next few days so let
me see what I can do.  I'm pretty sure I had the manual around.  At
worst, since I'm not using the original disk, I could maybe just send
it to you.  But I don't know if the game will still ask for the manual
code.  That seemed to be a new form of copy protection (at that time)
for some games.
