Same here. I got the II+ one through the German interlibrary loan
system, but there was no copy of the //e book to be found in any German
library that participates in the system. Back then the average English
skills of technical people over here were still a lot worse than today,
and the //e wasn't all that popular to begin with because of its very
high price, so it isn't surprising that no library felt the need to
order it.
