:     Well, President Bush has a good reason to change the Daylight saving.

: Maine.  They complained that the sunrise came after 4 o'clock in the
: morning.  They are not supposed to use EST zone so they want to move to
: another zone.  Foruntately, Daylight Saving was solved.  Then resident
: people in Maine are happy so they can sleep little longer until 5 o'clock in
: the morning without sunrise bothers them through the windows.
