    Yes, I have seen 8" floppy drive for Apple II many years ago.  I don't 
know the data size.  I have no idea what type of format like GCR.  It looks 
like it has non-Disk II controller card for 8" floppy drive.  I have never 
touched to use it, but I only observed it at elementary, middle, and high 
school.  It appears to be very few 8" floppy disks.
