I'll have a nicer list up this afternoon with other trivia and what
not included;

BerZap! - Berzerk! clone, sound and speech
Rescue Raiders! - speech only, very little support.
Willy Byte in the Digital Dimension, extensive sound/speech support.

Crimewave - Speech only
Crypt of Medea - Speech only.

Battlecruiser 2000 - came with the card if you got B or C, says "Bat-
tle-crew-sir tew-thou-sand" when it starts.

http://apple2.info will have images of some of them and reference
material, and perhaps some other soundcard stuff.

Got lots stashed away...
