The reason I'm volounteering to help with the EDD manual conversion is
I want to see you finish the DOTNIB project. So I'd hate to distract
you with anything else :-)

I've added a few more parts (introduction, overview, appendix F) but
I'll stop now and go to bed so I can get up early and watch England vs
France in "la coupe de monde de rugby".
