I can't seem to get Binscii to work.
I've got a working IIe card and I'm trying to get Copy II+ 7.1 with
the .img function so I can transfer 5.25 disks.
I'm trying to follow the instructions from here:

When I download the binscii.exe.txt file (on a iBook using OS 9.2) and
then transfer it to floppy - then I go from there to a prodos floppy
on my LCIII with the IIe card.
When I try to exec the file, it gives me a file type mismatch.
Am I corrupting the file by downloading it on the Mac?
