Almost certainly.

Just to clear up a small point. My original "command line-only" tools for 
reading/writing MS-DOS disks were called the "MSDOS Utilities". When I 
created MUG! (MSDOS Utilities Graphic !nterface) it was based on the MSDOS 
Utilities.

Many people referred to the original MSDOS Utilities as the MSDOS Tools. 
Originally I didn't correct this as I thought it was just people 
misremembering the name. But it turns out that in a case of eerily similar 
parallel development, there was a set of command line utilities written for 
Linux called the "MSDOS Tools". When people referred to a GS port of the 
MSDOS Tools, they thought I'd ported the Linux code! In reality, I didn't 
even know about the Linux utilities!
