OK, so here's my situation. I have a PC running XP and an external
3.5" drive, and a IIgs with an Applied Engineering 3.5 drive (the ones
that can read and write to high density disks. How can I write Apple
II disk images to my floppy disk on my pc? Is that even possible.
Using ADTPro takes about 15min/file and it would take forever to
transfer and write System 6 w/ so many floppys.

Generally, no. You can find a lot of info regarding this by searching these groups. Try Google.

That said, you might be able to read a MS/PC DOS disk on the GS if your hardware supports the format. You will probably need the matching card for the drive to use special formats similar to using the Super-Drive 3.5 from Apple. Sorry I can't help more but I don't know much about that specific drive.
