It's kind of strange the only way I can access the bulletin boards is with my Mac Mini, I just tried it from work with both IE and Firefox and neither of them could get in, I guess since it's an Apple specific site it doesn't like Winblows machines.
It does work with my Linux PC. It also works well using ThunderBird as a news reader application which I find preferable to a web interface.
