Hi Dean,

I have reupload Mandelbrot II GS, which now includes 2 hack version -
one for 320 mode and one for 640 mode, both has some UI issues but at
least you can experience both part of it. The original Mandelbrot II
GS, for some reason cannot work anymore when switching resolution
(maybe some system upgrade causes this issue), and I will redo the
Mandelbrot II GS once I know the proper way of switching resolution.

Based on the feedback so far I have removed the SHK-BXY format and now
only got 2MG-ZIP format. Since the files are now larger than 800K, I
also Shrink It first before putting into 2MG.
