hardcore computist index gets a web 2.0 makeover

I've made an interactive version of the hardcore computist index, so
if people are viewing a page, and notice that there are some topics on
that page that should be in the index, they can add it directly.

It's still a work in progress, but I'd appreciate some feedback on
it's current form. I'd also appreciate some help in making it look
good from anyone some CSS design skills.

I've set this up such that i there's enough interest in this, I can
load in other publications as well. So I'd be very happy to hear from
anyone with scans that they'd like to share through this.
