Beware giving Bill anything. He demands it's all his, you have to beg
to get back your stuff again, you practically have to fly to Japan to
get anything back. Just look at the mess left behind from the
Programming Contest Scandal.

You've used the "it's in the mail", "it's lost in the mail" excuse way
way way too many times. The mail is pretty darn reliable. If it were as
bad as it seems to be for you, there would be some pretty strong
protests and FedEx, UPS and about 10 other competitors would be doing a
bang up business. 

Now where's my Fourteen Bucks?
